The Spurs team landed in Australia recently for their pre-season Asian tour.
At present, their coach, Postecoglou, is busy conditioning his squad in Perth for a friendly match with West Ham scheduled for tomorrow.
The Australian coach has selected a 31-man team for the tour, and he will be closely monitoring the performance of the team over the next few days, particularly keeping an eye on Ndombele.
Recently returned from his season-long loan at Napoli, Ndombele is eager to make a good impression on his new coach.
However, the 26-year-old player had a less than perfect start to the pre-season tour due to sustaining an agonizing injury during today’s practice.

A video, posted on Twitter by Gold, shows Ndombele displaying signs of pain while laying on the field.
Impressively, Ndombele managed to get back on his feet in a short while and assisted Harry Kane in scoring a seamless goal moments later.
“Worries for Tanguy Ndombele as he suffers a painful injury, only to subsequently hobble back to the game and assist Harry Kane’s goal,” tweeted Gold.
Despite this setback, Ndombele appears to have made a positive early impact on Postecoglou after rejoining the team this summer.
Though his time at Spurs has been rather challenging following his costly transfer from Lyon, with many considering the investment a failure.
Despite the troubled past, Spurs fans harbor hope that an offensive-oriented coach like Postecoglou can bring out the best in this midfielder.
