The individual’s resistance to moving to Tottenham implies he is perceived as one of the greatest talents in Europe.

Tottenham Hotspur’s rumored target, Mathys Tel, has clarified that he has no intention of departing Bayern Munich during this summer season.

Currently, Tottenham boasts a formidable attack, but there’s a possibility this might change sooner rather than later. Harry Kane is strongly rumored to be transferring to Bayern Munich, with the German team reportedly optimistic about his signing following discussions with Daniel Levy on Monday.

Tel has been associated with a potential transfer to Tottenham as a substitute for Kane. However, according to his statements to Sky Sports Germany, he has no plans of moving.

Tottenham’s target Mathys Tel declares that he’ll remain at Bayern Munich

If Tottenham loses Harry Kane, they could encounter significant difficulties.

Kane is among the world’s top forwards. His loss will present a massive challenge to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as finding someone to fill his boots won’t be easy.

Last week, The Guardian reported that Tottenham showed interest in signing the young talent, Mathys Tel.

Identified as ‘one of the biggest talents in Europe’ by Hasan Salihamidzic (Bundesliga.com), Tel has a promising journey ahead. However, if Kane’s move to Bayern demotes Tel, it was thought that he might be available.

Unfortunately for Tottenham, unless they can set up a swap deal or persuade the player to relocate, it appears Tel has no desires to leave Bayern.

As interpreted by Florian Plettenberg on X/Twitter, Tel stated: “Naturally, I aim to improve at FC Bayern. I always want to learn and work.

“In my mind, only FC Bayern exists. Today, I am in Munich, playing for FC Bayern. Forever FC Bayern, Mia San Mia.”

Opinion from TBR :

Mathys Tel is a brilliant talent and would be an excellent acquisition for Tottenham under Ange Postecoglou.

At the age of 17, he became the youngest goal scorer in Bayern Munich’s history, a record previously held by another prodigious talent, Jamal Musiala.

Tel is likened to French superstar Kylian Mbappe by Bundesliga.com for his speed, dribbling skills, and versatility across the front three.

Tottenham’s intention to acquire him is understandable, nonetheless, it seems improbable they will secure him this transfer period.
