Harry Kane, Tottenham Hotspur star, is rumored to transfer to Bayern Munich in the coming summer, according to the latest update by Sky Sports Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg.

There’s plenty of optimism circling the Spurs at this moment. The anticipation around Ange Postecoglou’s initiatives and the exhilaration about the recent sign-ins of Guglielmo Vicario and notably James Maddison are high.

But the cloud of uncertainty about Kane’s future is hanging low with Bayern Munich quite eager to secure him. Plettenberg has posted unsettling news for Tottenham supporters on his Twitter page.

Bayern Munich has persuaded Harry Kane to bid goodbye to Tottenham

Harry Kane is moving towards the close of his contract, creating unmatched uncertainty about his future.

Indeed, Tottenham fans were more anxious when Manchester City expressed their interest in signing him. However, Daniel Levy was in a commanding position during that time.

Presently, Spurs must either monetize from Kane or bear the risk of losing a premier striker like him for no financial gains the next year.

This could be the reason why Bayern is so eager to secure him. Plettenberg reveals that Bayern’s technical director, Marco Neppe, has persuaded Kane to consider the move this summer.

He tweeted, “News #Kane: Bayern maintaining direct contact with Tottenham! Another offer is impending. Boss Rummenigge is leading the negotiations with #COYS.

“Neppe has influenced Kane’s decision to move to Bayern this summer! Kane’s response: He ONLY wishes to join Bayern!”
