It is reported that Tottenham is nearing completion of contracts for Micky van de Ven and Ashley Phillips.

Orazio Accomando, a journalist with DAZN, has reported that Tottenham’s search for additional talent has advanced.
Tottenham has shown past interest in Perr Schuurs, a central defender from Torino, who is now back on their radar.
Earlier this year, Tuttosport suggested that several Premier League teams, including Tottenham, were eyeing the 23-year-old star.
Tottenham looks set to interfere with Crystal Palace’s attempt to sign Schuurs.
Accomando tweeted that Tottenham has renewed their interest in the Dutch player, despite indications that Palace has already reached a deal with him.
Tottenham is rumored to be considering an increased proposal for both Torino and the player himself.
However, it’s worth noting Schuurs is reportedly not actively looking to leave his existing team.
Despite this, a substantial bid from Tottenham might convince both the player and his club.
Past reports have valued Schuurs at around £40 million.
‘Immensely Impressive’
Seeking to bring Schuurs on board is an astute move by Tottenham. He is a talented young player who is physically impressive, and his price is reasonably priced.
Last season, he featured 30 times in Serie A for Torino and showed a quick adaptability following his transition from Ajax.
Reportedly, Schuurs was identified as one of the finest ball-playing defenders in the Netherlands before his Italian venture, according to 90Min.

90Min alluded to inevitable comparisons with Virgil van Dijk, suggesting these are not unwarranted.
Like Van Dijk, Schuurs is also a towering and commanding defender from the Netherlands, equally adept at carrying the ball forward accurately and successfully contending with aerial challenges from forwards.
