Eric Dier, a defender for Tottenham Hotspur, has expressed his pleasure in training under the team’s new manager, Ange Postecoglou.
In an interaction with Sky Sports Premier League, Eric Dier highlighted the fresh tactics introduced by the manager.
As stated by Dier, “I’m finding the new working approach exciting and enjoyable.
“I’m really relishing the training and the strategy of play he’s aiming for us to adopt.
“I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the tips he’s been providing us.
“Despite the short time period, I’ve been finding it really enjoyable.”
Tottenham fans will be thrilled by the optimistic start, following a few stressful years at the club.
Despite rumours of a transfer, Eric Dier appears fully invested in this new venture.
Even though the player, who is an England international, and has only a year left on his Spurs agreement, was linked to a possible move, he seems to have committed himself fully to Tottenham and is enthusiastic about the future under Postecoglou.
Dier, who joined the club in 2014 for a mere £4m, has observed many managers come and leave and now hopes Ange will finally bring home the trophy.

Despite good performances, Eric Dier hasn’t won any titles in his career at Spurs. However, with the club hiring Ange Postecoglou, who recently won the Scottish Premier League with Celtic, there is hope of winning some silverware.
Postecoglou is known for his practical style combined with ample tactical freedom, making Dier, a centre-back, a great fit for his strategy.
Postecoglou has expressed that he plans to sign a fresh centre-back for Tottenham.
This new player could possibly team up with Dier for this season’s defence line-up.
