Bayern Munich Eyes Tottenham’s Marvelous Pro Harry Kane and Another Outperforming Player

The focus might be on Bayern Munich’s pursuit of Tottenham’s Harry Kane, but whispers suggest there’s another Spurs star on their wish list.

Bayern is using the summer window to strengthen its lineup. So far, the German side has triumphed over several British clubs to sign Kim-Min Jae, and as has been widely reported, they’ve been attempting to sway Kane to leave Tottenham.

A new report by The Sun indicates Bayern’s interest extends beyond England’s captain.

They report that Bayern is eyeing Danish midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Tottenham’s portfolio.

Speculations are rife that the £20m midfielder might depart this summer. Following the enlistment of Ange Postecoglou and the player’s own quest for a new endeavor, tales of his future have abounded.

Atletico Madrid seems to be a front-runner in securing Hojbjerg. Yet, a move back home to Bayern may be attractive to the midfielder.

Praised as an ‘exceptional’ and ‘smart’ footballer by Jose Mourinho, Hojbjerg’s departure would signify the loss of a vital asset for Spurs. But with the arrival of a new manager, it seems his tenure could be drawing to a close.
