Tottenham and Randal Kolo Muani: Insider Fabrizio Romano Unveils Current Speculations

Tottenham could be looking for a fresh addition to their strikers’ lineup soon.

With the possibility of Harry Kane leaving Spurs, this north London football club will be perusing the market for a new frontman. It’s a bit challenging at the moment due to the lack of choices available.

Most high-performing forwards are already playing for prestigious clubs. So with no current European football games offered in Spurs, attracting players from top European teams is a difficult feat for Tottenham.

Randal Kolo Muani’s name has come up recently as a potential recruit for Tottenham, a development that is creating quite a stir.

However, as per Fabrizio Romano, on the Here We Go Podcast, this rumor doesn’t hold much weight at present.

No Concrete Deal for Kolo Muani

Romano sheds light on what he acknowledges about the French international.

“I have come across this, I saw it in the media today, but I am informed that this is not something concrete at all. Tottenham is not holding talks with Frankfurt or his agents. Although when you’re in search of a new striker, Kolo Muani is one of the intriguing ones, his name is bound to be floated around. But no concrete news or negotiations going on with Eintracht Frankfurt or with the player. Tottenham is not actively working on this,” stated Romano.

Challenging Transaction

Tottenham might consider Kolo Muani if Kane ends up leaving, but orchestrating such a deal would be quite challenging.

Particularly, Frankfurt has staunchly upheld their substantial valuation of Kolo Muani throughout the summer, repelling the interest of clubs like PSG and Manchester United.

Should Kane leave, Spurs will need a replacement, but it might turn out to be quite a convoluted ordeal to bring Kolo Muani to the north of London.
